Mr. Kirchner is a Principal of RMI Healthcare Real Estate Advisors and has been with the company for 22 years. Mr. Kirchner is directly involved in many aspects of hospital portfolio management with emphasis in MOB project modeling and analysis. Mr. Kirchner directs our client’s third-party lease, multi-specialty, and time share portfolios, and advises our clients on all aspects of Stark and Anti-Kickback federal regulations.
Mr. Kirchner works directly with leasing and property management providers on behalf of our clients and meets regularly with hospital Senior Administrators, hospital clinic managers and physicians.
Mr. Kirchner graduated from the University of Colorado at Boulder with a degree in Finance.
